Freddy was so excited to go back to school and learn more about what first graders do here in Brookline, but school was cancelled on both Monday and Tuesday because of another big snowstorm! In fact, we have had 71 inches of snow in the past 17 days. Freddy liked watching the snow fall outside during the storm. When the roads were cleared, he went to McDonald’s for a little lunch! He was so excited to go back to school, that he stopped by to show everyone just how high our snow drifts are this winter. They are even taller than the grown-ups! He is anxious to return to class tomorrow and see the children again.
