Weather: In KGD, Max learned about how to record weather using symbols on a monthly calendar. We also taught him how to be a weather forecaster like us! We showed him how to graph the weather so we can find patterns in our daily weather. We also talked about how weather can change throughout the day. For instance, on the day Max visited, it was cloudy in the morning. Then in lunch time it rained! By the time we went home, the sun had come out.
100 Days of School: Max also helped us think about the number 100. We brainstormed things we would want 100 of and things we wouldn’t want 100 of. The children said they wanted 100 Maxes! He also helped us think of 100 reasons we love ASD and kindergarten.
