Karima arrived in Ireland on the 17th of December to a very excited 1st Class. Our school is in Cork City and we have a class of boys and girls who are 6 and 7 years old. Lucky Karima arrived just in time for our visit to Santa. We also went carol singing in the city and raised over 500 euro for charity. Karima helped our teacher to read a book from our Advent calendar story collection each day too. We told Karima all about our Christmas traditions in Ireland and then we learned about traditions from all over the world.
