Genesee Elementary School 4th Grade students had a wonderful time with Karima this spring! We loved seeing all the outfits from her visits to Australia, Saudia Arabia, India, Ireland, Singapore, and Austin, Texas. While here, she visited Rielly and Nolan’s home, and toured our school. We tracked her journey using little robots called Ozobots. She also met our visiting author, Miranda Paul, who wrote the books “One Plastic Bag” and “I am Farmer.” This was our first time learning about the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We hope Karima had a good trip back to Saudia Arabia and we can’t wait to see where she goes next year!
