During morning tea, two of our beautiful pre-primary children decided that something wasn’t quite right- why does Jessie only have one outfit? What happens if it gets cold? What does she sleep in? After much discussion, they took to our fabric table to design her a new outfit. Doesn’t Jessie just look amazing in her new Irish Dancing outfit?
Seeing as how bears are the flavor of the moment, I pulled out one of my favorite bear stories- Dougal the Garbage Dump Bear by Matt Dray. We talked about how the beginning of Dougal’s story is quite sad and were glad that Jessie has had such a happy life.
