Such excitement in our classroom on day 1 of term 4. With much anticipation, the children finally got to meet Jessie! After plenty of cuddles, we wrote Jessie a letter. Some of us chose to ask her a question about her travels or her friends and some chose to share stories with her. We then did an observational drawing of her and all commented on how pretty her dress is. Some of the children were also wondering how their questions might be answered, so we jumped onto Jessie’s blog to learn a bit more about her. We were amazed to learn that Jessie has a twin sister, Bessie! We love Jessie Bear and we are so glad she is here with us!
