It was so much fun hosting Millie this month. The kids enjoyed taking Millie to each of their special classes and showing her all the different things they do in a day. Millie experienced math and literacy stations, PE, music, library, Spanish, silent reading, writer’s workshop, and much, much more! She became another student in our classroom as the students taught her the “Walden Way” and how to follow the “CHAMPS” expectations. Millie will truly be missed. We hope that she enjoys the next stop on her journey in Ontario, Canada and can’t wait to see what the kids there do with her.
