We are in the middle of the winter season here in New York. It is sooo cold! There is snow on the ground and we need to have indoor recess every day. We can’t wait for some warmer weather! One day it started to snow while we were in school and Bobby was curious to see. We held him up to the window to give him a look!
One of our favorite ways to get cozy in the winter is to warm up with a good book, whether at home or in school. During reading workshop, Sal read a book about playing in the snow to Bobby and he immediately felt warmer! We think he even learned some new sight words!
