After a detour to SWAZILAND (!) Millie the Traveling Teddy Bear arrives in SWITZERLAND!
The children in KGP anxiously awaited the fate of Millie, after they heard she had been accidentally sent to Swaziland instead of Switzerland. This opened up a big discussion of the similarities and differences between the two countries (as Swaziland was definitely previously unknown to the children.)
In the video below, we see the children excitedly opening up the (well worn) package and seeing Millie for the first time. Next, they begin to work on a booklet, teaching Millie and future student hosts from around the world all about Switzerland.
