We had such a lovely time getting to know Freddy over the month of January! Freddy was in our grade 1 classroom and had many adventures while he was with us here is China.
We started off by learning about the sustainable development goal of Life on Land and decided to plant an avocado tree to help the environment.
Freddy helped us learn about 2D and 3D shapes in math.
Freddy also got to eat some OREOs while we learned about opinion writing.
We loved to read lots of books to Freddy.
Freddy even went on a VR journey to an ice cream factory with us!
Our final day with Freddy we celebrated Chinese New Year. Freddy got to see us perform a song in Chinese, see a lion dance, and he even got his very own hungbao. That is a Chinese traditional small red envelope with money/gifts inside.
